Adds 2 .45 pistols to make the caliber more present in the game. Due to difficulties with dream maker I was unable to test it in my own burgerstation instance, the code is up to spec though I'm still uncertain how common or uncommon it will be.

Due to difficulties with dream maker I was unable to test this addition in my own burgerstation instance. As far as I can tell, the code is up to spec (it IS just new-gun code) though I'm still uncertain how common or uncommon both variants will feel.
What this PR does
This PR adds a .45 caliber pistol and a MOD variant with sprites to boot.
Why it should be added to the game
The .45 caliber is used by 6 guns in the game, and only 3 of them are pistols, including one MOD. The COF-5150 is a .45 pistol that has much greater accuracy than the other .45s at the expense of fire rate, intended for mobile or limb-targetted shooting. The .45 COF-5150 Pistol MOD has significantly increased damage, surpassing the 1984 MOD, but has slightly more fire delay than the standard COF-5150 as a result. In addition to being a spriting art project of my friend CaramelKitten and I, the goal of this PR is to make the .45 caliber more present in pistols, while not taking the niches of other .45s or heavier pistols.
