Wouldn't work because the barrel of the gun itself is an attachment (for a larger sprite) so it would look funny. Also I am not in favor of adding barrel attachments for extremely powerful weapons. |

What this PR does
Adds a 20mm specific barrel charger that doesn't affect accuracy but increases heat_spread by 1.5 instead of 1.25. only obtainable by using a corrupting frog on an ABC
Why it should be added to the game
overkill? more like, just enough kill
