Refactor and improve core tooling: update src/cli.ts and src/index.ts for CLI and entry point changes, and adjust src/config.ts types/behaviour. Enhance processors (codemod, image, tracker) with improved logic and error handling, and tweak scanner traversal in src/scanner/index.ts. Also apply small UI change in sandbox/src/App.tsx and update build/TypeScript settings (tsconfig.json, tsup.config.ts) for compatibility and stricter typing.

I want to contribute to this tool to make it faster and more efficient. I've decided to use Bun as the package manager.
