MediCare Hub is a simple and user-friendly healthcare services website designed to help users navigate through medical services, book appointments, and contact the service providers. The website consists of three main pages:
- Home - Displays an introduction to MediCare Hub and lists the available medical services.
- Appointment - Allows users to book an appointment by filling out a simple form.
- Contact Us - Provides the contact details for the service provider.

Download or Clone the Repository

Open the Project:
- Navigate to the folder containing the project files.
- Open the index.html file in your browser to view the homepage.

Open index.html in your browser to start using the website.

Use the navigation bar to switch between the homepage, appointment page, and contact page.

Homepage:
- Input: User clicks on "Appointment" or "Contact Us" links.
- Output: Redirect to the respective pages.

Appointment Page:
- Input: User fills in their details (name, email, phone, date, and optional message) and clicks "Book Now."
- Output: Displays a confirmation message with the user's details.

Contact Us Page (contact.html):
- Input: User views the contact page.
- Output: Displays the email, phone, and address of MediCare Hub.
