Removed a lot of broken links. Also did some renames to the new namespace.

From now on we cannot build mdbooks if a link is broken.

Looks great! Adding the preprocessor macros is clever. Thanks for wading through the swamp on this one :#

All of these can be generated with `branectl` for convenience.

We will first generate a `backend.yml` file. This will define how the worker node can connect to the infrastructure that will actually execute incoming containers. Multiple backend types are possible (see the [series of chapters on it](../backends/introduction.md)), but by default, the configuration assumes that work will be executed on the local machine's Docker daemon.

I saw that you've also updated links to brane-ide and brane-std already (maybe more, but I missed those). I take it that means we should soon move those repos to the new organisation?

Since the lack of open issues, I just forked them. They should exist
