Adds
src/middlewares/swagger-middleware.ts, and uses it to remove most dependencies ononecore-types(SystemHealthis still used by health service).If this looks good I will make a PR in core to use the
openapi-fetchclient to talk to this service.Suggestions for a better name than "swaggerMiddleware" are welcome!
