If USB autosuspend occurs while BR/EDR inquiry or LE scan is active, the ongoing HCI operation may not complete successfully. On some devices, this can leave discovery.state stuck in DISCOVERY_FINDING. Signed-off-by: Linmao Li <lilinmao@kylinos.cn>
