fixed some issues on #134 after merge

utilitiesTab.py:

• fixed some input shapper issues after merge

basePopup.py

• added flag so the user dosent click on button behind the popup
• changed flag from popup to dialog page so the popup dosent dissapear when clicking outside the popup
• changed accept and reject connection into setupUi so it dosent get connected more than once

inputshaperPage.py

• updated text to it dosent clip

probeHelperPage.py

• set popup flag (dialog flag) to false
