[SerggAidd]

Added unit tests for registration, login, password hashing and download/file list script. Conftest.py configures MongoManager environment and replacement test variables with mongomock and MinioManager stubs to isolate from real services. Added a tests_server config for GitHub Actions that sets dependencies and automatically runs pytest.
