Scripts for computing triple decomposition of large datasets comprised of many cardiac cycles. Run phase_average and then stats in sequence. Visualization scripts include u_mag (check_viz), volume renderings of u' (_transfer), u' contours (viz_up), and spectrograms from u'_1, u'_L, and u'_avg (should be blank - for checking purposes).
