Installation

• Use the package manager pip to install foobar.
• requirements.txt will be provided

pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

• parsing XML document to have Python dictionary with basic information
  • symbol
  • definitions
  • reading kun'yomi & on'yomi
• merge with 214 basic kanji radicals
