Changed the way the item usage gets banned. Instead of cancelling the action it drops the item to the ground before the action happens. I did that for the items in modpacks that will get past the .setCancelled().

Hey sorry, I didn't mean to sound angry or upset with your last push. I just wanted you to know why I wasn't pulling it, that's all. No need for you to apologize. As for the new push, it seems to me that the item might as well be put on the ownership ban list, if the only way to stop players from abusing it is to take it away from them.
