DroneOpsCommand is the operational hub for BarnardHQ LLC — a FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone services operation based in Eugene, Oregon.
This repository exists to document, refine, and share the systems, workflows, and tools that power real-world drone operations across commercial videography, event coverage, security and investigative support, search and rescue, inspection, and rapid-response deployments.
This isn't a hobbyist sandbox. This is purpose-built infrastructure for mission-critical aerial work — developed in the field, tested under pressure, and continuously improved.
