ncm3 的追踪参数忘了啥时候更新了，从 userid 变成了 uct2，导致插件没办法在 ncm3 正常去除追踪参数，uct2 还是可以获取用户信息的。
做了 uct2 的去除顺便重写了一下逻辑，改了一下匹配方法，并且支持了黑名单方便后续修改。
在 ncm3 测试过，可用。
