Added new interface 'IGraph' for a more generic way to access graphs.
- renamed DummyDirectedGDBEdge to DummyDirectedBlueprintsEdge - renamed DummyUndirectedGDBEdge to DummyUndirectedBlueprintsEdge - refactoring
from BlueprintsGraph. Moved graph database indeces to the corresponding DNA nodes/ edges.
elements should be stored in the GDB, or not. Adaptions in the tests classes.
Fixed possible misbehaviour in GraphFactory. Graph type 'CONFIG' is now prohibited in the configuration file for the GraphFactory.
