Fixes: * Class properties to annotations * Groups to collections * Naming convention for panels
The logger root name is Randomiser Default log level is set to WARNING, uncomment the debug line at the top of __init__ to show more entries.

I made it work on Blender 2.8 (2.83).
I have tried object and text randomisation, and it seems to work fine.
Please report any regression.
