Summary

add lightweight React Native stubs for various UI primitives
replace toaster component with minimal stub
provide stubbed useToast hook

Testing

npm test (fails: Expected 'from', got 'typeOf')
npm run lint (fails: ESLint couldn't find an eslint.config)
npm run build
