fix: rework the French localization

[EDM115]

• update the FR localization to include everything that has been added since the last edits
• translate certain words (PvP -> JcJ) but untranslate others that makes sense in french in a videogame context (graine -> seed)
• proper spacing before punctuation
• don't capitalize everything (quite uncommon unless used to emphasize something, ex Mult or Chips). Reference for all of this was the actual FR translation of the main game
• made sure that the edited jokers have the same name as the base game one

It might be a good idea to not merge this yet and ping me whenever the next release is close in case there's any text changes so I can quickly apply them

@EDM115 keeping this open – localization's in flux for the coming time and I'm planning a cleanup pass as well. Will ping you when we have a fresh file!
