Health Record Management App

A simple CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) application for managing health records. Built with Flask and SQLAlchemy.

Installation

1. Clone this repository
2. Create a virtual environment:

   python -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows: venv\Scripts\activate

3. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

Running the Application

1. Start the Flask development server:

   python app.py

2. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:5000

Running Tests

To run the test suite:

pytest test_app.py

• templates/: HTML templates for the web interface
