PR Description

This PR fixes the Sample Browser visual regression and related frontend issues.

Changes included:

  • fix malformed HTML in base.html
  • wrap DataTables custom CSS in a proper <style> block
  • move invalid inline <style> out of the table header in searchSample.html
  • make frontend JS initialization more defensive so missing globals like Swiper or GLightbox do not break page rendering
