支持批量处理多个文件，并修复输出文件可能乱码的问题

脚本现在支持在一次运行中处理文件夹中的多个文本文件，并在输出时保留原有的文件夹结构。
同时，修复了输出文件可能出现乱码的问题。

运行时，终端将提示输入输入/输出文件夹路径，并自动处理所有子文件夹中的 .txt 文件。
处理完成后，结果将保留原始路径格式导出至指定的输出目录中，便于整理和复用。
