The goal at the moment is just to get v2.1 released to be included with @SherelynA's paper. If we want to handle these models differently, we can discuss/work on at a later date. |

the package was too big with the BTSETTLE model grid. This PR removes them.
I just realized though, we could include just a couple models which are used by the tests. Hmmm....
