New-AzureRMDisk ergänzt.
New-AzureRmManagedDisk ist ja eine von Euch gebaute Funktion, welche New-AzureRMDisk verwendet.
Die übrigen commits bzgl. login.ps1 waren nur Tests meinerseits in meinem Fork.
