Description

Issue #2990

Fixes the issue of looking up the route table on OpenBSD. The code was largely borrowed from the FreeBSD version, but with minor changes. Also fixes the rc.d daemon which now requires #!/bin/ksh over #!/bin/sh. And lastly fixed the OpenSSL path as it is now part of the base OpenBSD system.
