This PR adds a shell script to automate deployment of the digital twins explorer to the cloud.
When trying to add a DigitalTwins - EventHub - TSI integration sample in this repo we were confronted with the manual steps required for the cloud deployment. As we pursue 100% automation in the project we decided to contribute this script at the source.
