  • Built an end-to-end multimodal AI system combining structured customer data (ML) and unstructured feedback text (DL/NLP) to predict churn and understand why customers leave.
  • Developed a high-performance XGBoost churn prediction model (ROC-AUC: 96.77%) with SHAP explainability for transparent decision-making.
  • Designed a CNN + BiLSTM + Attention model (88% accuracy) for automated sentiment analysis on realistic customer feedback.
  • Created a production-ready Streamlit application supporting single & batch predictions, role-based access, SQLite history tracking, and AI-driven retention insights.
