Jinc (EWA Lanczos) Resampler Plugin for Avisynth/Avisynth+
This filter exports 3 functions — Jinc36Resize, Jinc64Resize and Jinc256Resize,
which is 3-tap, 4-tap and 8-tap filter respectively. The syntax is the same as internal
resizer i.e. crop syntax is available.
