  1. Dstarlite implementation with modifications made as suggested by Rafeed
  2. Replan trigger topic to start pathing
  3. Validation: Calculates path between start and end goal, with obstacles populated will work
  4. Current probems: Unsure about multiple replans with changing occupation of map

Is it possible to use rosdep for dependencies instead of sudo apt get?
