  • Updated Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components & Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.Web to version 3.0.0
  • Included the wwwroot folder
  • Changed the output directory of tsc to wwwroot
  • Updated README.md with instruction for both Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly
