Multi View consistent densification and pruning.

Adds a multi view consistent densification and pruning strategy:

• Adds the option to rasterizer high error counts for each gaussian
• Implements a multi view refinement strategy using gaussian scores
• Implements final pruning strategy. The user can set how aggressively the gaussians are pruned.
• Adapted train config and exposed to the settings UI.
