v2024.11 - Snapserver with librespot (HAOS)

• Upgrade of snapcastserver (0.29.0 published during summer 2024) : solving audio problems when skipping/changing song via spotify.
• Upgrade of Librespot (0.6.0 published in november 2024) : upgrades API & multiple bug fix (https://github.com/librespot-org/librespot/releases/tag/v0.6.0)
• Adding initial volume configuration (@Xenograph)

• Downgrade librespot due to high noise sounds when skipping sounds (and disable dithering)
