I am a bioinformatician and PhD student at the University of Tübingen, specializing in mass spectrometry–based proteomics, protein–nucleic acid cross-linking, and machine learning. My research integrates bioinformatics, computational mass spectrometry, data science, machine learning, and software development, with the aim of facilitating biological discovery and ensuring reproducible data analysis.
