Version 1.1 stable - Fixed bugs

• Fixed a bug in which the program crashed when the build config file was
  not found.

• Added a new option -s, --use-debstdname to allow compliance with Debian's
  package naming scheme, failing which may cause the package manager to
  misbehave (i.e. fail to locate the package).
