Implement the initial AnyFix booking platform to provide a web-based booking system for repair services.
This PR sets up a Next.js + Tailwind app, configured for Hebrew RTL. It includes a branded home page, a booking form with validation that saves data to a JSON file via an API, a success page, and a basic admin page to list bookings.
