MedPlat Support Chatbot is a Flask-based application designed to provide automated support for healthcare workers using the MedPlat platform. Key Features AI-Powered Responses: Integration with OpenAI API to generate contextually relevant responses Fallback Mechanism: Local response simulation when API is unavailable Multilingual Support: Basic language detection and responses in English and Hindi Ticket Management System: Creation and tracking of support tickets Future Enhancements Planned Enhanced multilingual support with proper NLP-based language detection User authentication and role-based access control Improved UI with responsive design and better user experience Domain-specific AI training for healthcare-related queries Integration with email notification system

Hi @kunjan8794, please look and guide further. Worked on backend code, the frontend is generated, will work further on UI. Just a very basic representation of work. |
