Complete AP_StreamLine integration #49
Description
It seems like real-time video is broken in master. Shortstheory's Adapting Streaming has replaced the older method (so the older method is not available) but this new method can't be started because the required changes to AP_Web (see shortstheory's branch here) have not been PR'd (to AP_Web).
