Closes #205.

How to test

Please take a look at the documentation of rhino::init() and test the following scenarios:

  1. Start a fresh project.
  2. Start a project using existing renv.lock and let Rhino generate dependencies.R for you based on the files in app directory.
  3. Start a project using existing renv.lock and dependencies.R.
