Basic bukkit events support (now only BlockBreak/EntityDamage events available)
Useful for modpacks and hardcore servers. That appears only for recipes. Also, organazied imports.
Fixed API access (for NEI plugin). Still need rewriting. Fixed baking temp

I'm will fully migrate from refined iron to pig iron little bit later. Steel now requires coal dust for craft, but logically it should be moved to blast furnace.
This reverts commit 4e03060.
Also, fixed launch issue.
Overwritten Quern recipes: Now Quern supports custom MT recipes, recipes can be added without claypot. NEI Handler for Quern are overwritten (a lot faster now). Added MT removing function for Tanning Rack
Added Big furnace, Blast furnace and Cooking handlers. Added 2 minetweaker commands (mt mf materials and mt mf skills).
Salvage station drops 2 bars instead 1
ASM has some incompabilities, better to add horse armor via separate addon.
Were added only two wrench interfaces - BuildCraft's IToolWrench and CoFH's IToolHammer, but that should cover 90% of tech mods (they uses that interfaces too). That commit do not adds block rotation capability by MF spanner, it will be implamented later. Also, fixed potentional Lumber axe grief on bukkit servers.
They are has reduced drop (in three times) and can shear only blocks (leaves, grass, etc).
Spanner now acts as BuildCraft wrench and can rotate blocks.

I wanna add more weapons and more metals to this mod. I'm working on new Forge Style called DwarvenForged and maybe RomanStyle.
