Description

Jaxified, latexified the figures in book2/10/mc_accuracy_demo.ipynb. I have combined 4 figures into 2 figures in order to save space and give a better understanding.

• Changed the axis limits to have uniformity across the 2 resulting figures.

Potential problems/Important remarks

I have discussed with Prof. @nipunbatra and @karm-patel and we decided that the 4 figures can be combined to get 2 figures. The caption in the book will not match the new figures.
