Added the ability to enable/disable a prefix and/or suffix that can be added to the designator.
This is especially helpful when copy/pasting pads in array land patterns such as BGAs, LGAs, and some connectors.
Note that there are no character limits applied to the prefix or suffix fields. This will allow pad designators such as Mech1, Mech2, etc.
A preview button has been added to allow you to visualise the designator, as well as the next designator calculated from the Pad Index Increment,
