- add MIT license to package.json
- upgrade backend ~ see BREAKING CHANGE: Upgrade dependencies, drop Python 3.8 support AREPL-backend#208
- upgrade deps
- require newer engine version, 1.50. I'm not doing this because 1.40 no longer works, just doing it so I don't get bug reports from ancient engine versions
