Welcome to the M32K25 wiki!
This repository contains the canonical structural fragments of the M32K25 alphabet with the cognate letters as file names. The M32K25.pdb file contains all fragments as separate chains. The M32K25_grid.pdb contains the fragments in a 2D grid arrangement.
To visualise the fragments with a molecular viewer like VMD, choose 'trace' as rendering option, which connects the C^{alpha} atoms with virtual bonds.
