ingest exaspim spreadsheets

closes unmigrated issue #86 in aind-data-migration-scripts.

This script parses through 3 files from the exaspim team to add SpecimenProcedures for a number of subjects, as well as update their existing SubjectProcedures with their injection materials and correct protocol id (if there is one).

Most of this information was sourced via Naveen Ouellette.

This repo is being sunsetted. I'll close out the PRs when I archive it.

Please don't delete this PR until we have gotten exaspim metadata ingested. While this is probably a mess, I don't want to have to redo all of this work.

Ok, but I think one of the issues was that this wasn't the correct repo for this code. It'd be nice to copy it to aind-data-migration-scripts or somewhere else.
