The Onoros Maxa, perhaps the most powerful creature in the galaxy. But even the mightiest towers have their cracks. In its relentless pursuit of vengeance against the Khaureds, it made its most dangerous mistake: a daughter.
Now, a young Maxa is under attack, desperately seeking aid. Reaching beyond its kind, it calls upon a different kind of spiritual powerhouse-a young Nordic Völva.
Together, these two young warriors must fight across both the physical and psychic realms.
