MATRIX Documentation uses MkDocs to format and compile Markdown into a HTML site.

# Do this to get the docs running locally.
sudo pip install mkdocs
sudo pip install mkdocs-material
mkdocs serve

Deployment

mkdocs gh-deploy --clean

That's it.
