Summary

  • Sync the current codebase with the latest upstream versions.
  • Fix broken unit tests
  • Remove unused files
  • Remove duplicated code. In particular, the local definitions of the idb package are not imported from github.com/algorand/indexer/v3/idb to eliminate duplicated code. This will make it easier to sync with upstream in the future.
  • Update dependencies (in particular sdk, indexer, conduit)
