Type of cache (Files) required for cache clearing? That's not it. Files is default because it's ubiqutous across the WordPress deployments.
stable cache clearing -> stable cache clearing

Always use "table" first as it's a primary term these days, i.e.
Configure per-table (entity) cache rules
