docs: add lab10 submission

Goal

A complete lab 9 on the basics of cloud computing, containing a comparative analysis of artifact registries and serverless main cloud provider platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Changes

• A study of artifact registries (AWS ECR, GCP Artifact Registry, Azure ACR) was conducted
• A study of serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions) has been conducted

Testing

• Clone the repository and checkout the feature/lab10 branch
• Navigate to labs/submission10.md

• Documentation/README updated if needed
