CI Enhancements and Web Documentation Updates

Summary

This PR adds new CI workflows for releases and improves the web documentation pages. It also includes scripts for release automation and artifact downloads.

CI

• Add release workflow
• Update build workflow
• Rename yarn cache step
• Add script to generate release notes
• Add script to download app artifact

Documentation (Web)

• Add movements page
• Update settings and debtors pages
• Update getting started page
• Update privacy policy and terms and conditions
• Add privacy policy and terms and conditions pages
• Fix steps component import
• Change folder structure
• Organize images
• Fix sidebar menu item text color
