- Add Settings action: Open Launcher (PIN required)\n- Optional home app package (launch package if set, else launcher)\n- Fallback to launcher when package can't be opened\n- Clears pending payment id and resets UI (cart) before leaving\n\nLabel: Open Launcher / 打开桌面启动器
